Bonnet/Bump/Lights Dropped

A couple of months ago my clutch went and the recovery guy decided to drive it up the ramp at speed and smashed my plastic engine guard and the bonnet bumper and light have dropped.



I took it too a local repair place and they quoted £240 to remove the bumper lights etc and realign it.



I'm wondering if anybody else has seen anything like this before, the guy in the garage said the front end is welded on and it would be difficult to do.



Id rather spend the £240 on other bits that need doing tbh.







Any help would be greay :)
