coolant heater issue.

HI I'm new to the forum. Bought a zr of eBay the other day. When I went to pick it up there was no water in the expansion tank.

Was sold as spares or repair s but perfectly drivable.

Filled up with water and of I went.

Now I can't get the heaters to get warm at all. It hasn't lost the water I.put in from when I picked it up. But the actual water in the tank is cold even after idle for a while.



Is this Hgf or something else.
