Hi from another new MGF newbie

Hi there all, I've had my MGF for 15 years now and so it's in need of some special care now. This site has been very useful already helping me find info about getting the cam belt changed and the price I should expect to pay. Then even better yesterday I was in a panic when I couldn't get it to change gear and the clutch pedal felt very much softer than usual? So by reading more of your threads I cottoned onto idea that the hydraulics side was at fault so checked that the fluid level was OK (all fine) so then realised that the temp had been really low (-5) here for about a week so decided it was worth running the engine for a bit to warm car up. Now all fine and dandy....brilliant!! so you guys has saved me loads of money.

I would like to be able to do the basics myself but can't seem to lay my hands on a Haynes Manual for 1999 MGF. Is there such a book? or is there an electronic version these days?

Anyway many thanks to you all. Very much appreciated.

Cheers

Janice
