Inlet Manifold - Torque required?

Just heading round my mates to start replacing my Inlet Manifold Gasket on the ZR, got the sequence in our R200 Haynes manual but it doesnt seem to list the correct torque!?



Could someone quickly let me know the required torque? (and confirm the sequence is right!)
