LED Front Side Lamps

One of my LED front side lamps has blown, when I got these I had a problem of finding some that would fit through the hole into the headlamp.



Can someone suggest a link to some with say 12 plus surface mount (SMD) LED's that would fit.



This time I will record the link for when I need more.
