Help needed urgently mg zt diesel

Can any help please. I have a 2003 mg zt-t diesel which lost power on driving the other day. It will not restart . It felt like fuel starvation. both pumps appear to be working and if fuel line removed at filter it pumps through fast. I have checked the ecu is dry but car turns over and tries to start for a millisecond . the injectors are pulsing and the pump pressure is about 36000 kpa. or does any one know a good garage in dorking/surrey area who can help .....
