200 Won't Start
Morning all,
This might be a question for the more old school rover owners but here goes. While driving one night my 214 began to misfire and before I had time to stop and check it out the whole engine died. When I got it home I spotted that one of the HT leads wasn't sitting very securely on the distributor (hence the misfire) & when I remove the dizzy cap I found the carbon contact had ground down. So at first it looks to be an easy fix.
The problem is having put a new dizzy cap on it & checked all the plugs are connected it refuses to start. Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
