Mgf 2001 oil pressure sensor

Hello this may seem a really silly question, but here goes



I've recently been having trouble with HRW it just stopped working for whatever I don't know I believe I've checked all the fuses an the one yellow relay, ive been looking at the wiring diagram an it goes through oil pressure sensor, here's the daft question would oil just slightly below the minimum marker on dipstick cause my oil pressure sensor to not activate the live for the HRW to work
