Power outage belts slide ?

So i have a mgzr 1.4 on cold days and when it was raining i had a huge wine like the belts was slipping i noticed in the rain a lot of water was running down the window into the engine bay.So i payed a garage to change the belts and all was fine now today about a month on i started my car went down the road and i heard the wine again this time my lights on the dash dimmed. The heater light went off ( around the turning thing) the other 2 was on but the heater one went off so 2 of them lights working heater was off the dash light with the mileage was flashing when the wine is happening i put my foot down and it gets worse. I got up to around 60 and it went..

I was thinking the belts cant be slipping again?And the power outage ?
