Pressing in gudgeon pins - advice needed

Hi folks, I'm well into a full engine rebuild and a set of Yenmak Liners, Pistons, Rings and Pins arrived. The Piston comes with rings installed on the piston with the gudgeon (press fit) in the piston already in the box?? Okay, I have a 20 ton press with press plates etc. and no stranger to pressing. But pistons, and the key is supporting them of course is new to me. The consensus on the net is just remove the old pins to get the rods using the press than then off to the machine shop to put the new pistons on the rods.

Mind you they are talking bigger pistons on the web with high pressures and breaking pistons so is the pressure really that high on the MGF that I may stress the piston itself.

Just looking to see if others have pressed these pistons on to the rods given if the pressure is lower it should not be to hard. Or is it!
