Driver door rattle

Hi,



So, my mk2 ZR is lovely, but has a little noise that is proper bugging me. It's in the driver door, like something is loose but I've had a look inside and can't find anything. I remember my old 214 having the same noise. Does anyone know what it might be? It's like there's a piece of plastic jumping around inside the door!
