SunRoof Gasket leaking ???

Hi Guys,,



I got my Rover 25 about a month ago now and when i brought it the roof lining was a tad damp but after a few hours cleaning and drying it came up like new but the last few days, it has rained and i have found some more damp patches on the roof. I personally think its the sunroof gasket or rubber lip, i was just wondering if anyone has else experienced this problem and if they had a solution to my problem or how hard is it to replace the rubber if it is that, thats causing the problem ???
