problems with mg zr 2.0td!

hi all new to this forum hope some one can help me ive got a 02 zr td and its blown the top hose twice in a week first one was the part that goes down by the thermostat housing and now tonight the one out the head any help is welcome also the heaters are not blowing hot and iv flushed the matrix and it run out good thanks nath
