Run down to FRL from Worcestershire area...

Much the same as last year on the Saturday Morning before the Friends Round London run a couple of us will be meeting up at the A46 Vale Cafe which is just outside Evesham at 10.30-11am for a good breakfast and then a meandering informal run down to South Mimms.





"Drivers, start your engines..."







Timings may not work for everyone as I know we are travelling early and arriving early at South Mimms We are booked in there for the night too.

I believe a pre run meal down there is in the planning stage too for about 6pm.







Not sure of the route we'll take yet but we normally take the A and B roads for a bit of fun and, well, because the run is an hour and a half of motorway.



If anyone would like to join us then great, the more the merrier.
