Supplier for Spray paint cans - Rover JGD Oxygen Blue

Can any one recommend somewhere to get one?



Do you need a primer for metal body work and a different one for plastic parts?



I'll have to do the front and rear bumpers plus a bit of rear metal work under the bumper.
