urgent help needed! jammed on brakes!

Just pulled over in central London as I noticed my front nearside wheel was smoking. Smells like burnt brakes, disc is extremely hot to touch. I just pumped the pedal and after a short drive it seems OK but I don't want to continue unless I know it's safe.



Any advice? Pads and disc are under a year old.
