Brake Bias Issues

Good evening all, I'm lead to believe the brake bias on a 2002 ZS180 is controlled by the abs pump? There is no compensater? If I'm wrong please correct. To the point anyway, Under heavy braking the rears are locking up waaay to easily in turn activating the abs.

Is there any way to adjust the bias without having to ditch the whole abs system as I'm thinking if I fit a bias valve with the abs/ebd active, The abs unit will not like it?

Has anybody any experiance with this?
