Buying advice... Another ZR

Hi, i'm thinking of buying another 1.8 120 ZR because i miss my old one and it never let me down apart from HGF..



When my head gasket was fixed, the guy said to test head gasket i just unscrew the head tank lid and expect nothing more than a 2second hiss? An check for white oil.. Is that the case?



Also its advertised as warn out gear selector.. Would this be the case on a pg1 gearbox? Or could it be a deeper problem?



Also advertised as not liking cold mornings? Case of new battery and plugs?



Any buying advice welcome
