R3 200/25/ZR sound proofing

I am asking about sound proofing fitted to all R3 cars from '95 to '05 as primarily I would like to quieten down my '03 ZR 5dr. (Non dash strip dash)

As far as I know, so far, over my ZR's standard proofing;

-Mk1 Rover 25s had engine bay bulkhead deadening but a nightmare to remove and retrofit due to brake pipes and fuel lines.

-Mk1 early models 25 and ZR had bonnet pad later reduced to Diesels only. I have now retrofitted this.

-Mk1 3dr 25/ZRs (not sure if 200s even better?) have "bag of cocaine" stuffed into the rear 1/4 near the sill. This was reduced in thickness and less dense foam on mk2s.

I'd like to next target the engine noise entering the cabin as I have collected many "bags of cocaine" and stuffed them into the C/D pillar voids behind the boot carpet which reduced roadnoise hugely. I also stuffed one into the tailgaye behind the trim.

Did R200s have any extra interior proofing on the bulkhead or inside the dash?
