Relay testing

Have 3 ZRs in the household. One has developed some issues with central locking. Sometimes it opens , sometimes I need to use the key.

If I swap one relay from a working one, straight to the suspect one, will i cause any damage? Just as a test, to try to rule out faulty relay.
