Rover 45 Climate Control Resistor

Hi

I'm new on here, looking for a bit of help and advice:

I have just sourced a replacement resistor (hedgehog?!) for the heater fan for my Rover 45, which has climate control.

Can anyone out there talk me through how to fit it, i.e. how do I access the old one to remove it and put the new one in?

The car is a late 2004 model, 54 reg.
