Speedo reading with 215/40 R16 tyres

Have noticed that with these wheels and tyres fitted that the speedo seems to read fast. More so than with the 15" rims fitted.



Of course due to having AP's on the front now cannot go back to the 15" rims so am wondering if it might not be an idea to increase the rear tyre size to help compensate for this error.



This then opens the can of worms as to what size to use and if it might not be beneficial to also go a bit wider at the rear? Do we just got 45 profile or go to 224/45 R16????
