fault code p0300 after brand new camshaft sensor fitted

Hi I have a problem with my ZR with tf 115 engine fitted, the other day I had lack of power and upon looking under the bonnet and removing the engine top cover off could physically see no 1 coil pack arcing out that's the problem I thought brought two new mg rover genuine packs plus genuine leads and plugs put it back together and all ran fine I then connected my obd scanner to read codes and found along with misfire codes a p0340 camshaft sensor fault code cleared the dtc s went for a drive red codes again just p0340 so brought brand new camshaft sensor NSC000310 along with the fly lead needed to convert to the later sensor type and now I get fault code p0300 and p0313 random misfire detected, I don't understand it as these codes were not present before they are not present when camshaft sensor is disconnected (I only get p0340 code) and the car runs fantastic no signs of misfire I've also changed the fuel filter and don't know where to go from here without spend money on parts I may not need!! Any help would be really great.. Thanks in advance
