spoiler help

Hi All I have got a second hand boot lid witha trophy spoiler fitted , and i want to know how to get the spoiler off the lid ? i know there are 4 bolts underneath , but is the spoiler stuck on the pads as it doesn,t seem to move , and i don,t want to brake it , any advice ?
