Water Pump ! How long did your's last ?? ...

Hi All,



Been a while since I posted, but always looking !!

Been spending a bit on maintenance recently. Some planned, some reactive. Annual service done in November & had fitted new underfloor stainless cooling pipes as planned.

Since then had minor oil leak cured & now have a small coolant leak. Garage advise its the water pump. I last had it replaced together with Cam-belt 2 & half yrs ago. So now need to have these replaced again. BTW, my garage are no rip-off merchants !!



Back to my original post headline ! These water pumps should last a lot longer ! 4 -5 yrs at least !!



How long have yours lasted ?? Have you had issues with water pumps not lasting the distance ??
