Went to view a 160 - has the gasket gone ?

Hello guys

I fancy a mk2 zr160 for a little run around until the summer



I went to see one today with 59k on the clock , it's been sat for a few weeks as the lad has moved away.



When I popped the bonnet the coolant level was on the min, I have been told the head and cam belt have been done only a year ago but im still worried.



When we went out for a drive the low level light was on but the car didn't overheat on a 15-20minute run. When I got back I popped the bonnet again and the coolant looked like it had increased (expansion I guess ) so my question is do I walk away or do I take a chance on it?
