won't start advice please

I have a mfg been stored for a couple of years and it currently won't start

the starter motor turns the engine over no problem

i have removed the air filter housing and sprayed instant start gas into it and the engine starts/runs fine ..so that tells me the ignition side is working

so that leaves me with a fuel delivery problem or the injectors are immobilized

my question is ... can the injectors immobilizer be still active if the starter is turning ??? the starter motor immobilizer is working.

also is it possible the petrol has simply gone off ??
