Bcu repair in Birmingham

Hi looking for someone to repair my bcu have no fog light,intermittent wipers,horn.Can anybody recommend somebody who can remove and replace the relays,in the BIRMINGHAM area.I am no mechanic and would'nt know where to start.Many Thanks
