My £100 45

Well i got this about 6 months ago, my starlet got too bad to warrant fixing it, so i got this for cheap, had been parked up for over a year without being started. Whacked a battery in it and hit the starter a few times and it fired up. Got it mot'd and on the road.

The remaining problems ive got atm is the constantly melting passenger side headlight plug and the horrible jerk/misfire when its cold, but only when you let off after accelerating, i know the plugs because of my yellow bulbs but it was meted when i bought it with standard bulbs, has anyone just put insulted connecters on instead of the factory plug? Its also not very good on fuel? i dont know if this is to do with the jerking, i can live with the jerking but if i can fix the fuel consumption id love to!



What could be causing the jerking? Only engine modification is a bmc carbon enclosed induction kit, its a 1.4 if that makes any difference?



And ive searched high and low looking for some extended wheels studs so i can space out the front wheels, but i cant find anything?
