Car mats for our ZS

Has anyone else had a challenge with Simply Car Mats?



I ordered a set in the middle of January for our ZS180 with my sons name imprinted on them.



Delivery was at the end of January.



They did not fit. The drivers side was almost OK, but the passengers side was useless.



They requested a template which I sent to them the next day, 5 weeks later I got replacements.



They again did not fit, (They did not even use my template).

The passengers side was exactly the same as the first, but the drivers side was completely different and completely useless.



The second set, the name imprinted was poorly done.



I can not get a refund. :bored:



I will rework the bits and have a lovely boot carpet with my sons name on it (4 times). :hysteria:
