Going Rate to Change ZS Saloon Rear Suspension Bushes and TCA?

Hi All,



As per above - I've very little free time, so am just looking at whether to undertake this nasty job myself, or find someone to do it for some monies! lol. What would you say is the going rate for the labour for replacement of rear suspension bushes and rear track control arm bushes?
