Got LED running lights, no wiring diagram, how should I connect them?

I found some LED running lights that look like they were made for the MG Rover TF front bumper.



Has anyone fitted running lights to a 2005 TF (i.e one with the same electrics)? If so could you give me some simple instructions & perhaps a photo of how you connected them please?
