Hello, conny 45 td owner

Hello,



I have been a member on the forum around four years ago but cant get logged back in so I have started a new account.



So I'm back! bought a rover 45 td from Gumtree through a dealer.



Did the local; test drive and all the paper seemed good so bit the bullet and handed over the cash. She's in X power grey and a facelift model.



Sadly driving her home has shown me all of her faults so I guess I'm going to be searching the pages pretty hard for the next few days while I figure out whats what.



Four buckled wheels.

E4 aircon fault

No fan control on aircon

Rear shocks dead



I have fixed the passenger door today as the inner handle wouldn't operate the latch.



Apart from the above I Love the car and she pulls like a train.

Oh and I'm running her on Biofuel (not straight chip fat)

I know this is a frowned upon thing with some rovers but Ive done this in my last 45DI for 30k+ miles (some modding is required)



So thats me. In Norfolk and back with a true British car :unionflag:



Any advice on hedgehog repair and E4 code would be great but I will search none the less
