Help! Facia warning lights

Hi

Having a few problems with my wife's ZR. Last week she noticed that the facia warning lights weren't coming on when she turns on the ignition. Only the coolant level warning light lights up along with a very dim ABS light. It's intermittent. Some times it all works perfectly. You can turn the key, no lights, turn off and back on and everything works as it should. At first that was it but over the last day or two she is starting to get problems with it starting, but only getting the starting problem when the lights arnt working. Any ideas?
