New to 200 ownership non starter

Hi



I am new to Rover 200 ownership. I have a V reg 200Vi, which I bought recently off this forum. I has laid up for about 5 years and is a non starter. When I turn the key there is no whirr of the fuel pump, but the engine does turn over.



Is there a checklist anywhere on this forum, that I can go through and eliminate possible causes or is it likely that the fuel pump has failed (are there any fuses etc)



The car has laid up for about 5 years
