I was on this forum a while back but have forgotten my details (plus the username doesn't reflect me anymore) so I have re registered under a new handle.



I sorely missed my 45 connie that I had to sell due to it being a petrol and the mileages I was having to do for work. Anyway after a couple of dirt cheap motors (a pug and an astra) I have finally returned to the joys of Rover ownership having today bought a 2001 75 cdt connie.



As with any old motor there are a few little jobs that want doing.



passenger window has jumped the runners

remote locking u/s...works on the key though. (will probably need a new one)

drivers door card has a few broken/missing clips

Thermostat goosed

electric mirrors don't adjust

interior is a bit tatty. not sure if I will repair the front seats or replace them



9 months MOT, 140k all for a bargain £550. And in burgundy. imho one of the best colours.





I intend to keep it fairly standard apart from uprating the lighting a bit. LED lights perhaps.



hopefully meet up with some of the merseyside guys soon, I'm maybe 5 mins away from the game bird
