I hate electrics!!!

I love my music and can't drive without it but there's a horrible noise coming from one speaker and a sort of bad earth connection noise coming from the stereo...when I give it a gentle nudge lol. I think it's a connection at the back? But I can't see how to pull the stereo out? Its not a blown speaker before anyone suggests that. I am quite sure its a bad connection? Any advice pleeeaaasssse? Tis spoiling my driving experience...
