Greetings all.

I have a Rover 75 con 2 litre turbo diesel (03 plate) I have recently been told that the engine is a slightly less performer than that put in a BMW but that it can be tweaked to improve performance and economy, is this true? (I am not a mechanic, so simple instructions please)
