MG ZS L-Series Diesel Injection Pump Timing

Following on from my post here: 2003 MG ZS 2.0 TD - Missfire / Stumbling / Stalling



I have been advised to check the Diesel Injection Pump Timing.



Could someone please point me to a link and or guide for checking the Diesel Injection Pump Timing on a MG ZS 2.0 TD (L-Series).
