Passenger window aggro

I thought I'd lob this up here before I start getting destructive. When I got my F (Mk2), the passenger window wouldn't function. I found someone had pulled the red relay but left the fuse in....Okaaayyyy.... odd.

Anyway, having refitted the relay, the window motor seems to trip out internally when operated (I don't know if they have a thermal trip or not?) but the window doesn't move. I have now pulled the fuse for the time being.

I am working on an assumption the mechanism has seized and the motor is trying unsuccessfully to shift it. Is this possible with this set-up for the lift arms to seize? If they have, how in hell am I going to get it out or unstick it? Any ideas guys??
