Removal of rear "doorcards" on a 3dr

Ok, I tried taking a look at this previously but couldn't get it to budge without it looking like the clips were going to break.



How do I remove the rear "door cards" on a 3dr ZR?



I currently have the rear bench and carpet out, so would be good to get them off now rather than later if I'm going to have a crack at sound proofing! :lol:
