Rover 25 dashboard illumination problem

Hi.

My dashboard illumination does'nt work. The bulbs are fine, and the fuses are all in working order. I've measured the terminals on the back of the PCB. I have good ground connection, but +12v is not working. meaning the problem is somwhere between the fuse, and the +12v connection on the PCB. i've got no clue of what colour cables to check and where they go. Does anyone know how to fix this, and what the common problems are?
