Rover 75 1.8 petrol (1999 year) Engine problem.

The problem is...When i start the car all is good and drive smooth but after 3 minutes of driving the car starts to choke and have no respons on gas pedal. Presing clutch and presing gas pedal on about 3000rpm 3,4 times the car starts to response normaly and all is good. Same problem when the motor is warm or cold. I have checked all sensor but seams ok. Have any idea wath culd be or have any the same problem?
