T16 or K series Turbo ???

hi guys before i go any further i know ur probe all sick of answering the same questions over and over i have done some research but each post says something different so my question is I'm buying a zr 160 soon and i want to know which method is better and easier also what is invloved in each method is it just a case od a donor car and swap its over or will i need extras with the t16 will i need a wiring loom from the donor



again sorry for another t16 conversion post but I'm just trying to get all the facts before i make my decision
