Tf one shot, window lowering.

Something odd i have noticed in the Tf. On opening the drivers window, sometimes, pressing the buttons lowers it all the way, sometimes halfway. I'm clearly pressing the button for a different amount of time for one or another action, or am i. Does the Tf just behave in random ways?
