Touch screen controls
Have always wondered about using a cheapish Android pad to control stuff in the TF.
From controlling heating/blowers/LED lighting, to displaying temperatures etc.
Temps etc can be sorted with an EODB dongle
But what about controlling things?
Stumbled on this device, called the IOIO (Yoyo), which is basically an interface that gives you controllable ports, or connections, which can then be used to switch bigger relays.
In other words, you could use an old phone or tablet, mount it permanently in the car, design some virtual buttons and use the touchscreen to control things in the car.
Obviously it would take some programming.
What do the tech people think?
