Electric issue and now car doesnt start

My car just decided to have an electrical nightmare.....

53 MGTF 1.6

As i was driving last night the battery warning light showed, followed shortly by the SRS and ABS lights, I then lost my power steering and my wipers were jiggering like they were struggling to ermmm wipe.

This morning the car wont start.. I put a Volt meter on - its showing 9.8V...... Im an entry level car lover so i'm after opinions lol? Just an old battery had its day?
