Rear silencer for '99 620ti?

The rear silencer on my 'ti has a large hole in the top. I've been trying to find a replacement but it's a nightmare! I can't afford Rimmer's prices (nearly £130 including shipping).

EuroCarParts show two when I put in my registration, but with no way to know which is correct (if either!) as the "Fitment Detail" gives almost nothing helpful (it doesn't mention "ti" anywhere). I called them, but it was obvious the operator was just looking at the same information.

eBay item 191589294917 looks like it should be correct from the compatibility list (why does eBay always add "Vitesse" to the description of the 620ti?) but I emailed them to check and they said it's "Not right for my car" and that they couldn't get the right one anywhere!

Does anyone know the correct one for this car, please? (And where I can get one for about sixty quid! :-) )
