2003 mg zs atomix 120 Clutch sticking

Hi guys I'm new to this forumand I'm in need of some help, I have a 2003 MG ZS ATOMIX 120 Hatchback, the clutch pedal has recently started sticking down.. I had a new clutch about 8 months ago now... It squeeks rather loudly and has started sticking down, it doesn't do it all the time only when trying to pull away in 1st, how would I fix this problem and where do I start?!
Any help would be greatly appreciated
