tailgate handle screws

I had the tailgate handle off the other day and the screws were badly rusted, had to drill one of them out and got lucky with the rest, needless to say I'm not going to refit them, I bought some 10 gauge self tapping screws but the thread isn't the same, also can't find any with a head anywhere near as big (though I can use a washer if it comes to it)

they look imperial to me, 3/4 inch length, but the thread is coarser than a standard 10 gauge self tapping screw, also the thread is much deeper so it provides better grip, and like I mentioned the head is a lot wider than anything I can find

does anyone know where I can get a replacement for these? any bit will do I don't need the triangular security one
